It is my intention to sponsor a team to play in the 2012 Lone Star Classic Tournament. I agree that this form does not constitute an agreement of play, until the entry fee has been received by the league. The Entry fee is determined by the date received. In the event of weather issues, all attempts will be made to make alternate arrangements to play the games.
